Today Galerie36 launches the La Course Atlas , an interactive map of the homes of African and Diasporic equestrian culture around the world. It opens with 128 places across 32 countries: the hippodromes of Thiès, Louga and Saint-Louis, the riding clubs of Dakar, the durbars of northern Nigeria, the racetracks of Barbados and Jamaica, the urban stables of Philadelphia and Compton, the youth clubs of Brixton and Soweto, the museums and heritage sites that keep the record....
